Fly from Tba to Danang. (Flight not included.) On arrival, private guided transfer from the airport to hotel.
Stay three nights at the EMM Hotel Hoi An (hotel with pool) in downtown Hoi An.
Day 2: Hoi An (B)
A day of leisure.
Day 3: Basket Boat Tour & Cooking Class (B,L)
Morning transfer to Hoi An market to meet local sellers and learn about fresh ingredients. Continue with a basket boat tour through the coconut forest, row, fish, and catch crabs with locals, then join a hands-on cooking class to prepare traditional dishes. Enjoy your lunch before returning to your hotel mid-afternoon.
Day 4: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon / Cu Chi (B)
Private transfer to Danang airport for flight to Saigon. (Economy Class flight booked by Vietnam Operator & included.) On arrival, travel 2 hours by road to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the underground network used during wartime.
Stay three nights at the Sherwood Residence Pasteur (hotel with pool) in downtown Saigon.
Day 5: Saigon (B)
A day of leisure.
Day 6: Morning Market & Street Eats (B)
Explore Saigon’s markets and legendary street food. Sample dishes such as banh hoi nem nuong, banh cuon Hanoi, banh xeo, and Vietnamese sweets, while learning about local culinary culture. The tour finishes around noon.
Day 7: Saigon – Phu Quoc (B)
