Day 1: Arrive Kuala Lumpur (No Meals)
Fly to Kuala Lumpur (flight not included). On arrival, enjoy a private transfer (vehicle with driver) to your hotel.
Note: A mandatory Tourism Tax (currently MYR 10 per room per night) is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.
Stay three nights in Kuala Lumpur.
Day 2: Kuala Lumpur & Batu Caves (B)
Make photo stops at the Gate of the King’s Palace, the National Mosque, the National Monument and Cenotaph, Independence Square, and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Visit the National Museum for an overview of Malaysia’s rich history and culture. Explore local crafts at the handicraft centre and visit a chocolate boutique for tastings.
In the afternoon, visit the Batu Caves and climb nearly 300 stairs to the main cave. Learn about Hindu mythology, then tour the Royal Selangor pewter factory and a batik workshop.
Please note: Dress modestly when visiting sacred temples or places of worship (avoid shorts, miniskirts, and sleeveless tops).
Day 3: Malacca Day Excursion (B)
Depart for a full-day guided tour of historical Malacca, Malaysia’s oldest town and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Learn about its Portuguese, Dutch, and British influences while exploring historical relics and monuments.
Note: Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Day 4: Kuala Lumpur – Cameron Highlands (B)
Travel by private vehicle to Cameron Highlands. In the afternoon, visit the BOH Tea Plantation and tea factory, established in 1929, followed by flower and vegetable farms and the local produce market.
Note: Tea Centre and tea house are closed every Monday and some Public Holidays.
Taxes: Tourism Tax (MYR 10 per room per night) and Pahang Lestari Tax (MYR 3 per room per night) payable directly to the hotel.
Stay two nights at Strawberry Park Resort (Studio room).
Day 5: Cameron Highlands (B)
Travel by Land Rover to Gunung Brinchang, 6,666 feet above sea level, for sweeping views. Walk the Mossy Forest boardwalk to see rare plants including pitcher plants, orchids, and medicinal herbs. Visit the Sungai Palas BOH Tea Centre, then continue to the Butterfly and Insect Farm, produce markets, Sam Poh Buddhist Temple, and a strawberry farm.
Day 6: Cameron Highlands – Penang (B)
Travel overland to Penang, crossing the Penang Bridge. In the afternoon, explore George Town’s heritage including Khoo Kongsi, Yap Kongsi, Ciji Temple, Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple, Cheah Kongsi, and the Pinang Peranakan Mansion.
Taxes: Tourism Tax (MYR 10 per room per night) and Penang Tourism Tax (MYR 3 per room per night) payable directly to the hotel.
Stay three nights at Cititel Penang Hotel (Standard room).
Day 7: Penang (B)
Tour Penang Island along Batu Ferringhi Beach. See batik-making, a fishing village, and a fruit stall. Visit a traditional village, the Snake Temple, Penang Bridge, and an EO jewellery workshop.
Note: Routing may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Day 8: Penang (B)
Join “A Taste of Penang” walking street food tour. Visit coffee shops, spice markets, and food stalls, sampling delicacies such as nasi lemak, prawn fritters, lobak, assam laksa, char kuey teow, murtabak, and cendol. Learn about Penang’s street food culture while exploring heritage streets and markets.
Note: Food tastings included; drinks during meals not included. Comfortable walking shoes and a hat/cap recommended.
Day 9: Penang – Langkawi (B)
Private transfer to Penang Airport for your included Malaysia Airlines economy flight to Langkawi (MH 5486, 17:15–17:55). On arrival, private transfer to your hotel.
Taxes: Tourism Tax (MYR 10 per room per night) and Langkawi Tourism Fee (MYR 5 per room per night) payable directly to the hotel.
Stay three nights at Holiday Villa Resort & Beachclub Langkawi (Superior room).
