Mongolia Highlights 7 Days  2025-2026

Day 1: Arrive Ulaanbaatar (No Meals) 
Fly to Ulaanbaatar. (Flight not included.). On arrival take a private guided transfer to your hotel.
Stay one night at the Chinggis Khaan Hotel (Deluxe room) in Ulaanbaatar.

Day 2: Ulaanbaatar – Kharkhorin (B,L,D) 
Private guided travel by road to Kharkhorin (380km), stopping for lunch along the way. In the afternoon, visit Erdene Zuu monastery, once one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia and almost destroyed in the 1930s. Tour the monastery grounds and several chapels with excellent examples of Buddhist iconography dating from the 16th century. Visit the symbolic ruins of Karakorum, the 13th century capital of the Mongol Empire.
Stay one night at Ger Camp (Standard room).

Day 3 : Kharkhorin – Orkhon Valley (B,L,D)    
A picnic lunch is provided for a visit to the Orkhon Valley. Relax in the scenic and tranquil setting, take photos, or hike along the river.
Stay one night at a Homestay with a nomadic family

Day 4: Orkhon Valley – Bayangobi (B,L,D)
Drive to Bayangobi. Visit local nomadic family in the afternoon.
Stay one night at Ger Camp (Standard room).

Day 5: Bayangobi – Ulaanbaatar  (B,L)
After an early breakfast, take a private guided drive to Hustain Nuruu National Reserve to view of Przewalski wild horses, recently re-introduced to Mongolia after they became extinct in the 1960s. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar, with your local guide, arriving late afternoon.
Stay two nights at the Chinggis Khaan Hotel (Deluxe room) in Ulaanbaatar.

Day 6: Ulaanbaatar (B,L)
A full day (private) guided tour of the capital includes visits to the Gandan Monastery, the Fine Arts Museum, and the National History Museum. This evening enjoy a Cultural Show.

Day 7: Depart Ulaanbaatar (B)   
Leisure time until private guided transfer to Ulaanbaatar airport. (Flight not included.)
