Day 1 – Arrive Yangon
You will be met by your guide on arrival at Yangon airport and transferred to your hotel for a three night stay.
Day 2 – Yangon
A full day of sightseeing in Yangon city with visits to the Shwedagon Pagoda, National Museum, and the Chaukhtatkyi reclining Buddha. (B,L)
Day 3 – Twante excursion
Travel by local ferry this morning to Twante in the Ayeyarwaddy River delta. Hop on a trishaw and take a ride to the local pottery workshop to see the craftsmanship for which the area is noted. Return to Yangon via Dala, located across the river from the capital. From the dockside in Yangon, take a guided walk along scenic Pansondan Street which is lined with colonial style buildings from the British period. (B,L)
Day 4 – Depart Yangon
At leisure until private guided transfer to the airport for exit flight. (B)
