Day 1 – Arrive Saigon
Meet you guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Stay three nights at the Saigon Prince Hotel or Paragon Saigon Hotel.

Day 2 – Cu Chi excursion
Take a speed boat ride along the Saigon River to Cu Chi to explore the amazing underground tunnel network. Return to Saigon by road. (B)

Day 3 – Saigon
Free day in Saigon. (B)

Day 4 – Saigon – Nha Trang
Fly to seaside Nha Trang. Stay two nights at the Novotel Nha Trang Hotel. (B)

Day 5 – Nha Trang
A day at leisure in Nha Trang. (B)

Day 6 – Nha Trang – Danang – Hoi An
Fly to Danang and transfer to Hoi An where your guide will take you on a walking tour of the old town. Stay two nights at the Lantana Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa or La Residencia Hotel. (B)

Day 7 – Cooking Class & Full Moon Festival
Enjoy a class at the Red Bridge Cooking School, selecting fresh produce from the market to prepare a feast for your lunch. Balance of the day is at leisure.
Your stay has been timed to coincide with the monthly Full Moon Festival. Beautiful lanterns replace electric lights in the old town centre. Locals converge to enjoy music, games, vegetarian food and moon cakes, and candle-lit lotuses float on the river with wishes for happiness, luck and love. (B,L)

Day 8 – Hoi An – Hue
Travel to Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass. Stay two nights at the Eldora Hotel or the Moonlight Hotel Hue. (B)

Day 9 – Hue
Morning tour of historic Hue includes the Citadel and Imperial Tomb of Tu Duc. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 10 – Hue – Hanoi
Fly to Hanoi. Stay two nights at the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa or Essence Hanoi Hotel & Spa in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. (B)

Day 11 – Hanoi
Time at leisure before meeting your guide for an afternoon Street Food tour. Eating on the street is a very typical activity for Hanoians and makes up an important part of the city’s unique culture. Your guide will take you to tiny shops and cafes in the Old Quarter to sample a range of local dishes and drinks, savoury and sweet. (B)

Day 12 – Hanoi – Halong Bay
Travel by coach to Halong to board your boat for a cruise among the rocky limestone islands in the emerald waters of Halong Bay. Stay one night on the Aclass Legend cruise boat. (B,L,D)

Day 13 – Halong Bay – Hanoi
Further cruising this morning before returning to Hanoi by coach. Stay two nights at the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa or Essence Hanoi Hotel & Spa. (B,L)

Day 14 – Depart Hanoi
Tour ends with transfer to the airport. (B)
