Pandaw River Cruises in Vietnam, Cambodia & Myanmar.
A river cruise on a Pandaw boat offers a practical and comfortable way of exploring the heart of South East Asia, visiting the principal sites and exploring well off the beaten track. Designed and finished as replicas of colonial river steamers, the boats provide travellers an adventure experience cushioned with the comforts of fine dining and high levels of service.
On the Mekong Delta make side trips by country boat through the back waters overhung with palms. In Myanmar, cruise the Irrawaddy River to the breathtaking Bagan Plain dotted with thousands of temples built in a period of great religious fervour.
Pandaw river cruises are essentially an outdoor experience. Whilst the staterooms are very comfortable and roomy, passengers prefer to spend their time sitting outside, on the promenade decks or on the large observation deck above. The atmosphere on board is informal and relaxed. The dining room serves buffet breakfast and lunch with the sides of the boat open to the air. Dinner of local cuisine is served at table in air conditioned comfort.
Staterooms are teak panelled with brass marine fittings. All are air conditioned, and include safe, writing desk and hair dryer. The upper and main deck cabins have deck space with chairs and table outside the cabin.
