• Itinerary

  Day 1 – Arrive Hanoi
  Meet your guide at the airport for the transfer to your hotel. Stay two nights in Hanoi.
  Day 2 – Hanoi
  Morning tour of One Pillar Pagoda, Museum of Ethnology and Temple of Literature, with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter. In the afternoon join a Street Food tour. Your guide will take you to tiny shops and cafes to sample a range of dishes and drinks, savoury and sweet, unique to the city’s culture. (B)
  Day 3 – Hanoi – Halong Bay
  Travel by coach to Halong to begin a cruise among the rocky limestone islands in the emerald waters of Halong Bay. Stay one night on the cruise boat. (B,L,D)
  Day 4 – Halong Bay – Hanoi
  Continue to explore Halong Bay then return Hanoi. Stay two nights in Hanoi. (B)
  Day 5 – Ninh Binh excursion
  Drive to Ninh Binh Province to see the spectacular landscape of limestone karst peaks at Trang An. Dense rain forests blend naturally with rice paddy fields and rivers. See remains of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. Journey on to Tam Coc where a skilled rower will take you along the winding river. Enter caves and visit Thai Vi temple. Return to Hanoi late afternoon.   Day 6 – Depart Hanoi
  Transfer to the airport for exit flight. (B)
