    Day 1 – Saigon – Ben Tre
Leave Saigon for the watery world of Ben Tre Province in the Mekong Delta. Visit a handmade brick factory before boarding a boat to cruise the waterways. Shore excursions include coconut candy, chopstick and mat weaving workshops. A tuk tuk takes you to an orchard to sample tropical fruits, followed by lunch and a sampan ride along the palm fringed waterways.
Stay one night at Mango Home Riverside in Ben Tre. (L)
    Day 2 – Cai Be – Saigon
Start early to cruise to the large floating market at Cai Be with traders busily bargaining and exchanging goods on colourful boats. Disembark at Tan Phong Island for a cycling tour through small villages, watching local industries create rice paper, woven hats or coconut rope hammocks. Enjoy home cooked Delta specialties for lunch, then return to Saigon by road. (B,L)
