Day 1 – Arrive Seoul
On arrival at the airport you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel for four nights.
Day 2 – Seoul
(Seat-in-coach) See the city sights on a full day tour. See Jogyesa Temple and Cheonggyecheon Stream, drive by the Presidential residence known as the Blue House and watch the guard changing ceremony at Gyeongbok Palace. Visit the National Folk Museum, a Hanok Village and see the views from N Seoul Tower. For shopping, visit a Ginseng Centre and Namdaemun Market. Pick-up and drop-off at your hotel. (B,L)
Day 3 – DMZ excursion
(Seat-in-coach. Tour does not operate on Mondays.) Take a morning tour to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Begin with a stop at Imjingak Park for an introduction to the history of the area. Tour the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, which is wide enough to allow a full infantry division to pass through in an hour. Dora Observation Platform is located at a western front line and from here you can view North Korean territory. Visit the DMZ theatre and Exhibition Hall housing old tanks and planes from the Korean War. See Dorasan Station and the Unification Village. The tour concludes back in Seoul at Myeongdong Street. Remainder of day at leisure. (B)
